Jacob Valencia
Jacob Valencia is from Phoenix, Arizona and has been in the US Virgin Islands since 2015. He has worked in many different IT environments, ranging from System Administration to emergency relief work setting up Point-To-Point networks to provide post hurricane communications.
Specializing in Network Design, Jacob is a great asset to Manta Ray Networks by providing our customers with high performance, low cost hybrid networks to keep their businesses and homes online.
Ray Vittum
Ray Vittum moved to Saint Thomas from Virginia Beach. He started his IT career at the help desk for a company that provided WiFi to customers on Amtrak trains. Since those humble beginnings, Ray has helped many small businesses in the Virgin Islands accomplish their technology related goals.
Creating fiber/ethernet networks that span across entire remote islands, retrofitting 200 year old buildings to fit todays networking standards, and much more, Ray is able to work within tight constraints to get the job done. No matter how difficult a project seems, Ray and the team will be able to get creative to solve any technology related task.
